AEET, Sfe2 & EEF Joint Meeting 2027

Together in ecology: bridging nature and society for resilient futures

20 - 24 September 2027, Zaragoza (Spain).

The Spanish society for Terrestrial Ecology (AEET) joint to the French Society for Ecology and Evolution (Sfe2) and the European Ecological Federation (EEF) calls on the community of ecology researchers to co-create knowledge, promote courageous actions, and strengthen socio-ecological resilience.

Starts on 475 d 00 h 06 m

Motto

“Together in ecology: bridging nature and society for resilient futures”

In an era marked by profound environmental and societal challenges, ecology must unite scientists beyond boundaries and disciplines, fostering a collaborative space where scientific knowledge, bold action, and societal engagement converge.  “Together in ecology: bridging nature and society for resilient futures” embodies our collective commitment to transcending barriers—whether between nations, scientific disciplines, and society at large—as we address the pressing uncertainties of our times. By integrating diverse perspectives and embracing both the complexity and the interconnectedness of constantly evolving ecological systems, we aim to find pathways towards resilience, sustainability and bold actions. Only through genuine collaboration and the co-production of knowledge can we promote evidence-based solutions, confront misinformation, and shape a future in which both nature and society thrive.
